A Blue Carpet Affair- Postponed

An Update from Executive Director Erin Bolyard

Dear Friends,

First, I’d like to express our gratitude for your support by purchasing your ticket(s) for Footprints Center for Autism’s 3rd annual fundraising dinner and fashion show, A Blue Carpet Affair. We could not live out our mission of providing comprehensive, collaborative, and child-centered programming for children with autism and other disabilities without the gracious support of people like you.

As I’m sure you’re well-aware, the global climate surrounding the rapid spread of the coronavirus has led to many changes that impact our daily lives, both individually and as an organization. In particular, earlier this week, Governor DeWine signed an order prohibiting mass gatherings of 100 people or greater.

Footprints Center for Autism’s annual event draws in upwards of 350+ each year, and already had 250 people registered for the upcoming event on March 28th. Because of this, Footprints Center for Autism administration had no choice but to postpone the event.

Footprints Center for Autism spoke with the Patrician Party Center over the weekend and was able to secure a new date for the event. A Blue Carpet Affair will now be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2020 from 5:00pm – 10:00pm at the Patrician Party Center.

If you have already purchased tickets- have no fear! Your tickets will be valid for the July 18th event. So if you are able to attend, you don’t need to do anything else- we will just see you on July 18th at A Blue Carpet Affair!

We do hope that you will still plan to attend this exciting event! Though disappointed by the postponement, we are happy that we were able to reschedule and keep everyone safe and healthy in the meantime.

If you are unable to attend the new July 18th date, please contact me directly. You will be provided with the option to receive a refund for your ticket(s) or to donate your ticket(s).

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. Due to the shut down of our school campus, I will not have access to our office number for the next 3 weeks. You can contact me on my cell phone at 440-622-0218 or by email at ebolyard@footprints-ohio.com

Thank you so much for your understanding. Stay safe and healthy, and have a great week!

Sincerely,
ErinSig
